Availability
Although our aim is to accept everyone, space might be limited. Therefore, neither completion of this application nor payment of the application fee guarantees participation in the event. If your application is not accepted, then we will notify you directly and your application fee will be refunded or your check will be returned.

Payment
Payment from vendors is accepted by check or PayPal. Payment from sponsors is accepted by check. Payment information will be provided automatically after you submit your application.

Refund/Cancellation cut-off
The deadline to request a full refund of your application fee is Friday, September 18, 2009.
Agreement
This agreement sets forth the details regarding vendor space for the South Silver Spring Neighborhood Association (SSSNA) Block Party. This contract is entered into by the SSSNA and the Company/Individual named below under Vendor Information. The Contract becomes effective on the date correct payment is received by SSSNA. It is understood that the dates and locations referenced in this contract are defined as follows: Block Party Dates: October 3, 2009, from 1 to 6pm on Kennett St.
